How to Get the Card
Join our coworking space or participate in any of our activities at The Office Social Club, and you’ll receive your exclusive Member Card.
Each card is personalized with your name, marked with a valid-until date, and activated on the spot so you can start using your discounts immediately.
Simply visit our reception in Chalok Bay, choose your coworking pass or activity option, and we’ll prepare your card for you.

The card is personal and non-transferable.
The card is only valid until the “Valid Until” date printed on the back.
Please present your card before payment at partner locations.

Who can get the Member Card?
Digital nomads, long-term visitors, locals, and Office Social Club members — anyone who wants to enjoy better deals around Koh Tao.
How long is the card valid for?
The validity period is written on the back of your card. After that date, the card expires and discounts are no longer available.
What happens if I lose my card?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel the old card and issue a new one, subject to a replacement fee.
Do I need to show ID with the card?
Some partners may ask for your name to match the card. The card is personal and should only be used by you.
Can discounts be combined with other promotions?
This depends on each partner. The QR code page will show any special conditions.
